Located yards from the year round Santa Ana River this almost 800 sq. ft. mountain cabin features 2 bedrooms, a shower bath and a family room kitchen arrangement. The interior is your basic cabin in this area, heated by wood burning stove, a cement patio in the back looking across to the River itself. SCE provides power, propane is available but not onsite yet, phone service by Frontier if desired, cell reception by Verizon, Sprint, some AT&T, water is seasonal. The key attributes of this cabin are its year around accessibility due to paved and maintained 7 Oaks Road and it's proximity to the Santa Ana River which provides the best sleeping environmental sounds imaginable.
